If you order before 10 AM we can usually deliver the same afternoon. After that, next-day is standard. You can also schedule any specific date that works for your project.
Standard rental is 7 days, included in the base price for every size. Need more time? We use a sliding-scale long-term rate: $25/day for short extensions (days 8–14), $15/day to $5/day for monthly and multi-month rentals. See the calculator for your exact total.
Quick guide: a single-room cleanout fits in a 10-yarder; a 2–3 room remodel fits a 15; whole-home or roofing tear-offs usually need a 20 or 25. Concrete-only loads use our 5-yard washout. Call us if you're not sure — we'd rather get you the right size the first time.
Most household and construction debris: furniture, appliances (without freon), wood, drywall, flooring, roofing, concrete (in the 5-yarder), brick, yard waste, and general junk. If you're not sure, ask.
Strictly prohibited: all liquids (paints, solvents, oil, gasoline, pesticides, chemicals, sewage — the only liquid we handle is concrete washout, in our 5-yard washout container), batteries, refrigerators/freezers with freon, asbestos, medical waste, radioactive material, ammunition, and explosives. Tires ARE accepted but incur an additional per-tire landfill fee — call (956) 703-5995 for a quote.
Concrete is heavy. A 5-yard dumpster, even full, stays under our truck's safe load limit. Putting concrete in a 10 or 20 risks overweighting the truck and the site surface. The 5-yarder is purpose-built for concrete washout and dense materials.
Plan on roughly 10 feet wide and 60 feet long of clear space, with about 22 feet of overhead clearance for the truck. Most job sites, parking lots, lay-down yards, and commercial properties accommodate this easily.
No — as long as we have clear instructions on where to place it, we can drop it off when you're not there. Just leave the area accessible.
You pay one upfront price that includes delivery, pickup, the 7-day rental, and a tonnage allowance. If you stay under the included tons (most residential jobs do), that's all you pay. Over the allowance, we pass through the disposal facility's per-ton rate.
We charge your card when we drop the dumpster off — not before. If there's an overage on pickup, it gets billed separately after the landfill weighs us.
Yes — just give us a call before your pickup date and we'll extend it. We use a sliding scale so short extensions and long-term rentals are both fairly priced — see the calculator for your exact rate.
Yes. We're fully insured and can issue a COI naming your project, GC, or facility as additional insured. Just let us know the wording you need when you book and we'll send it before drop-off.
Yes — once we have a credit application on file we offer net-15 or net-30 terms for contractors, GCs, property managers, and brokers. Brokers placing volume can request consolidated billing across job sites. Ask for the account application when you call.
If you're in the Rio Grande Valley, almost certainly yes — see our service area page for the full list. Outside the RGV? Call us — we'll let you know.
