Need our W-9 for your vendor records or to issue a 1099? Tell us where to send it and we'll email it back the same business day.

What happens next: We email a signed, current W-9 (PDF) to the address you provide — usually within 1 business hour during office hours, same business day after hours.

💳 Credit Application — Net-15 / Net-30 Terms

For contractors, GCs, property managers, and brokers placing volume. Once approved, you get net-terms billing, consolidated invoicing across job sites, and dispatch direct.

What happens next: We review the application within 1–2 business days, run a standard credit check, and email you back with terms (limit, net days, signed agreement). If approved, your account is active immediately for booking.

🛡 Request a Certificate of Insurance (COI)

For projects requiring proof of insurance. Tell us the certificate holder details and the additional-insured wording you need — we'll issue and deliver it before drop-off.

What happens next: Our agent issues the COI typically within 1 business day. We'll email it to you and the certificate holder; faxed delivery available on request.

Heads up on custom wording: Some insurance carriers don't tailor each certificate with custom additional-insured language — they issue from a standard pool. We'll do our best to match the wording you request, but it isn't guaranteed. If your project requires specific language, please call (956) 703-5995 before submitting so we can verify with our carrier first.
